‘While doing some shopping at a local supermarket, David Latour bought his very first record at the age of 8. Dance to Trance, Power to American Native. From that moment on, juggling with broken record players, very first compact disc players and so on, he started to understand music. Years and years of practice, broken needles and frustration, he sent a demo tape to Henry from ’t Putje, which was about the smartest thing he ever did. After being a resident for 10 years at ’t Putje, playing at ‘The Picture’ and various parties, he started his residency at Balmoral and added The Temple and L’étage to his weekly gigs. He also released successful tracks such as ‘One Day’, ‘My Life’ and many others yet to come!
